output = engineering && product && business

My journey started with engineering. It taught me that technology is not just about writing code — it is about understanding people, identifying meaningful problems, and building solutions that create real impact.

I am a Software Engineer, Product Manager, and Entrepreneur building technology products and digital businesses from Bangladesh. I work at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy — turning ideas into scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Currently in my final year of Software Engineering at Daffodil International University, I combine technical expertise with product thinking and business understanding to build reliable digital systems and meaningful user experiences.

I founded Bangladesh Software Company Ltd. (BSCL), a technology company focused on software engineering, digital solutions, and helping businesses adopt technology to accelerate growth. Beyond software services, I am building technology-driven ventures across education, commerce, and mobility — Mentor BD, an EdTech platform transforming the tutoring ecosystem; FoodBank, a digital commerce venture; and Ekhon Tickets, a travel technology platform built to simplify digital mobility.

Alongside entrepreneurship, my work in business development at Index Apparels Ltd. taught me the complete journey of building a successful product — from customer needs and market opportunities through to strategy, execution, and sustainable growth. It is why I enjoy the whole product lifecycle: discovering problems, defining the vision, designing scalable systems, and working with engineering, design, and business teams to bring ideas to life.

01

Engineering

I design and build the systems.

Web applications, backend services, database design, and API architecture that survives real traffic.

02

Product

I decide what gets built, and why.

User research, requirement analysis, roadmaps, SRS documentation, and the discipline to cut features.

03

Business

I figure out how it survives.

Positioning, growth strategy, partnerships, client relationships, and honest unit economics.

What I Am Building

Two companies I lead day to day, plus the ventures growing alongside them. Each card states honestly where it actually stands.

Bangladesh Software Company Ltd

Founder & CEO · Since 2025

The problem

Many growing businesses still depend on spreadsheets, paper-based workflows, disconnected systems, and manual operations. Existing software often fails to reflect how these businesses actually work — the result is repetitive tasks, limited visibility, and slower decision-making.

What we do

A software engineering and technology consulting company that helps businesses accelerate digital transformation through custom software. We work closely with organisations to understand their operations, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable technology that simplifies complex business processes.

Services span custom web and mobile applications, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, business automation, system integration, and digital product consulting. Rather than simply delivering software, we build solutions that improve operational efficiency and create long-term value.

My role

  • Define the company's vision, long-term strategy, and market positioning
  • Lead client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement analysis
  • Translate business challenges into digital product strategies and technical specifications
  • Design solution architecture, product roadmaps, and system workflows before development begins
  • Work with engineering, design, and project teams across the product lifecycle
  • Oversee delivery, quality assurance, client communication, and strategic decisions
  • Build long-term client relationships while driving sustainable growth
Mission
To empower businesses with reliable, scalable software that simplifies operations, improves productivity, and enables sustainable digital growth.
Vision
To become one of Bangladesh's leading software engineering companies, recognised globally for digital products that transform how organisations operate.

Education TechnologyIn Development

Mentor BD

Founder · Since 2025

The problem

Finding the right tutor in Bangladesh is slow, unreliable, and fragmented. Guardians struggle to identify qualified tutors while capable tutors have limited access to good tuition opportunities. Most matching still runs on Facebook groups, personal referrals, and unstructured messaging.

What we do

An education technology platform that connects students, guardians, and tutors through a modern digital marketplace — covering the whole journey from posting a tuition requirement to discovering verified tutors, managing applications, scheduling trial classes, and communicating securely.

By pairing technology with a structured matching process, Mentor BD helps families find the right tutor faster while creating more opportunities for qualified educators.

My role

  • Define the long-term vision and growth strategy for the platform
  • Run market research across Bangladesh's education sector
  • Lead product discovery, user research, and requirement analysis
  • Design platform features, user experience, and the product roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and delivery plans
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations across the product lifecycle
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, tutors, and stakeholders
  • Drive customer acquisition and continuous product improvement
Mission
To make finding quality tutors simple, transparent, and accessible through technology.
Vision
To become Bangladesh's most trusted tutoring platform, and to grow into an education technology ecosystem serving learners and educators across South Asia.

FoodBank Limited

Founder & Managing Director · Since 2024

The problem

Buyers who want genuinely organic food have no way to tell it apart from everything else labelled organic. Trust, not supply, is the bottleneck.

What it does

A direct-to-consumer organic food brand built on sourcing transparency and repeat customers rather than one-off discount traffic.

Ekhon Tickets

Founder & Product Manager · Since 2026

The problem

Intercity travel in Bangladesh still means calling a counter, paying cash, and hoping the seat exists. The booking layer is the least digital part of the journey.

What it does

A travel technology platform that simplifies digital ticketing and mobility — real seat inventory, digital payment, and a ticket that lives on your phone instead of in your pocket.

Ekhon Ecosystem

Founder & Product Builder · Since 2026

The problem

Everyday services in Bangladesh — rides, food, courier, payments — each live in a separate app with a separate account and a separate wallet. The friction is the product.

What it does

A long-term vision for a connected services ecosystem where mobility, delivery, courier, and marketplace share one identity layer. Ekhon Tickets is the first surface of it.

03My Journey

How I Got Here

Six years, four ventures, and a lot of things that did not work first.

  • 2019

Wrote the first line of code

Started programming out of curiosity rather than coursework. Spent the year on fundamentals — logic, structure, and the habit of finishing what I started.

  • 2021

    Moved from learning to building

Shifted from tutorials to real software development — web applications, databases, and the first projects that had actual users instead of a grade.

  • 2023

    Learned the business half

Joined Index Apparels Ltd. as a Business Development Officer. Engineering had taught me how to build; this was the year I learned why most builds never sell.

  • 2024

    Founded FoodBank Limited

Started a direct-to-consumer organic food brand and ran it end to end — sourcing, storefront, marketing, and the customer experience that turns a first order into a second.

  • 2025

Founded Bangladesh Software Company Ltd and Mentor BD

Turned software work into a company — custom applications, enterprise systems, and business automation — and started Mentor BD to fix how Bangladesh finds tutors.

  • 2026

    Building Ekhon

Building Ekhon Tickets as the first surface of a longer-term services ecosystem, while finishing my Software Engineering degree at DIU.

Featured Projects

Four builds that show the range — product definition, systems work, and commerce.

01EdTech Platform

Mentor BD

Founder / Product Manager · 2025 — Present

A tutoring marketplace where guardians can finally verify who they are hiring.

Defined the full product from a blank page: tutor profiles, guardian dashboards, student–tutor matching, and tuition management. The hard problem was not the software — it was designing trust into a market that runs on referrals.

What I did

  • Ran discovery interviews with guardians, students, and working tutors
  • Wrote the product requirement specification and feature roadmap
  • Specified the matching logic and profile verification flow
  • Designed the guardian dashboard and tuition management model
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • REST API
  • Figma
02Travel Technology

Ekhon Tickets

Founder / Product Builder · 2026 — Present

Intercity ticket booking that does not require phoning a counter.

A booking platform covering seat inventory, digital payment, ticket management, and a passenger dashboard — designed as the first surface of the wider Ekhon services ecosystem.

What I did

  • Defined the end-to-end booking and payment flow
  • Specified inventory and ticket lifecycle management
  • Designed the passenger dashboard and travel information layer
  • Set the architecture boundary so future Ekhon services can reuse the identity layer
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Payment Integration
03Smart Transportation

JourneyEasy

A university-scale transport management system, led end to end.

Led the project team through requirement analysis, system design, and delivery of a smart transportation platform — the first time I owned both the engineering plan and the delivery schedule.

What I did

  • Led requirement analysis and system design
  • Split the build into deliverable modules and assigned ownership
  • Reviewed implementation and integration across the team
  • Produced the project documentation and final defence materials
  • Web Application
  • Database Design
  • System Design
  • Project Management
04E-commerce

FoodBank Limited

Founder & Managing Director · 2024 — Present

An organic food brand that competes on trust rather than discounts.

Built a direct-to-consumer commerce operation from zero: sourcing, storefront, digital marketing, and the customer experience that turns a first order into a second one.

What I did

  • Set up and ran business operations end to end
  • Owned the digital marketing and acquisition strategy
  • Built the brand identity and customer experience
  • Managed retention and repeat-purchase behaviour
  • E-commerce
  • Digital Marketing
  • Brand Strategy

Vision

Building technology companies from Bangladesh, for the world.

Bangladesh has the engineers, the market, and the problems worth solving. What it has been short of are companies built to last past the first funding round. I want to build a few of those.

01

Build With Purpose

Solve a problem someone can name. If nobody can name it, it is a feature, not a company.

02

Continuous Learning

Technical depth and business literacy compound. Neglect either one and the other stops mattering.

03

Innovation

Challenge the existing solution before rebuilding it. Most markets are held by defaults, not by quality.

04

Long-Term Thinking

Build companies that survive without me in the room. Anything else is a job with extra steps.
